We are pleased to start calling for applications for the corporate exhibition at IVC-22.

We are preparing an attractive program at IVC-22 with invited and contributed presentations and keynote lectures to welcome as many participants as ever.

Since IVC is one of the largest international conference in our scientific community, it provides a great opportunity to directly introduce your products and technologies to our participants.

Basic booth 250,000 yen (tax incl.)/booth

Specifications for Basic Booth Plan

  • The specifications for one exhibition booth are shown below.
  • Booth allocations will be decided by the organizers after the application deadline.
  • Special decor, power supply installation and other services are available for an additional fee. Please contact the secretariat for details.
  • If applying for more than one booth, the shape of the booth may differ from the image below.
  • Electrical installation costs/electricity use: The fee for the basic booth plan includes one 2-port electrical outlet and electricity per booth. Exhibitors with higher electricity requirements shall be responsible for additional fees for this option.

Notes for application

  • In principle, cancellation will not be accepted after the application has been submitted. For cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applied.
    - After application acceptance but before the deadline
    20% of the exhibition fee
    - After the deadline but before June 10, 2022
    40% of the exhibition fee
    - After June 11, 2022
    100% of the exhibition fee
  • Booth allocations will be decided by the Secretariat based on the size of the exhibition.
  • Please select a representative if you are applying for a joint exhibition with group companies, organizations, or affiliated companies.
  • Displays and sales are permitted at your own booth.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for the management of each booth. The organizers are not liable for theft, loss or damage, monetary or otherwise.

Cancellation of the Event due to a Force Majeure

  • The organizer(s) reserves the right to cancel the event, shorten the event period or time, or postpone the event before or during the event period if conditions are so that it becomes extraordinarily difficult to hold the event caused, directly or indirectly, by a force majeure event, such as a natural disaster, spread of infectious disease, acts of terrorism, at the request of the national government or government agencies, or any other such similar cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the organizer(s). In this case, the organizer(s) will notify exhibitors immediately after a decision has been reached. The organizer(s) will not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of this decision or its execution.
  • If the whole event is cancelled due to a force majeure prior to its start, the organizer(s) will refund the balance of the exhibition fee after deducting expenses for costs already incurred.
  • Exhibition fees will not be refunded if the period or time of the event is shortened due to a force majeure that occurs during the event period. Exhibitors will not be compensated by the organizer(s) for any expenses incurred.

Action against COVID-19

  • We request your cooperation with measures to be implemented during the event in accordance with the basic policies and guidelines set by local governments, industry associations, and venue facilities to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
