Conference Registration Fee includes
- Attendance at all conference sessions from September 11 to 16, 2022

Conference Registration Fee DOES NOT include:

Notice:
- Please note that all cut-off dates are based on Japan Time (GMT+9).
- All fees are quoted in JPY per person.
- Students need to upload the copy of your student ID. If you enter “JVSS Student membership number” to the system, you need NOT upload the copy of your student ID card.
Payment Methods
The payment method is credit card only.
Online registration consists of two steps:
- Entrance of Registration information
- Credit card payment
Until credit card payment, you can revise registration information.
Registration is not completed until payment.
If you would like to be applied early bird discount fees, please complete your payment before the cut-off date (August 21, 2022 23:59 JST).
*Credit card transaction will be made under the name of Convention Linkage, Inc.
If you failed to pay via your credit card
Sometimes you may fail to pay the fee via your credit card. It usually happens due to the security reasons of your bank. In this case you need to activate the card for foreign transactions with the assistance of your bank.
Following is a typical procedure to ensure the money transfer:
- Inform your card holding bank that your payment failed.
- Inform the bank that you wish to perform an international payment through your card and request them to allow the verification of your card for international payments.
- Confirm that the card has been verified and continue with the payment.
- After you get the notification that the payment transaction has been completed successfully, send a copy of the receipt for our reference.
Cancellation Policy
Until August 21, 2022 23:59 JST: 100% refund of the fees
From August 22, 2022 0:00 JST: no refund
*All cancellations must be sent in writing and addressed to reg-ivc2022@c-linkage.co.jp
Unexpected Cancellation of the Event or Impossibility to Hold the Event
In the unlikely case that the IVC-22 cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, etc) the Meeting Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
Important information about entering Japan for IVC-22
VISA application
Currently, all foreign nationals who wish to newly enter Japan need to apply for a visa except for those with re-entry permit. (https://www.mofa.go.jp/ca/fna/page22e_000921.html)

The registration of ERFS*1 system
Regarding registration for accommodation, banquet and ERFS, please refer to here.

About Child Care Support
IVC-22 offers subsides for childcare for on-site as well as online participants (4,400 JPY/day).
Please follow the steps below:
- Please contact to nursery service and make your reservation by yourself.
- Please send the receipt to the secretariat (reg-ivc2022@c-linkage.co.jp).
